To Whom It May Concern:

Five years ago, we started interviewing landscapers to put in our lawn and sprinkler system. We settled on JTS Landscaping. The only problem was that JTS did not do irrigation work. He recommended Eric Raedel from Magic Rain. We interviewed Eric and immediately we knew this was whom we wanted. Eric was on time for the interview; he was very professional; he explained everything; there was no "sales pitch"; he just used plain talk, which is what we like.

I was out of town when the work was completed. Eric made sure everything worked perfectly and checked back with Phyllis to be sure she was comfortable with the system. While I was cutting the lawn a few weeks later, I hit a couple of sprinkler heads. I thought it was my fault and thought I would have to pay. We called Sandra and she had Eric out the next day. After replacing the heads, I asked Eric, what was the charge, "nothing" he replied. It's our fault; the heads should have been lower in the ground. How's that for an honest person!

There have been a few times when the heads needed adjusting. No problem, just call Sandra, and someone is out within 24 hours and always at our convenience.

We were one of the first houses on our street. The majority of our Fox Meadow neighbors had Magic Rain put in their systems because of the appearance of our lawn and the professionalism of the entire Magic Rain team, plus the Spring and Fall Service.
